Favorite of the night. Rich chocolate/bourbon notes and the vanilla almost tasted malted. Merits a gratuitous photo of my dog meeting a mini Aussie puppy.

Kraftig mörk choklad. Vanilj. Lätt spritvarm, trevlig smak av fatlagringen. Lång, lång eftersmak. Från 2016.

Fyldig og velbalansert stout. Aroma av søt sjokolade og røstet kaffe. Smak av sjokolade, vanilje, kaffe og malt pakket sammen av et flott bourbon fatpreg 🥰🍻

NICE! Probably a 5 for me with something to nibble on with it-without food, a little teeny bit of bitterness left on the tongue keeps it from being a 5 for me. Am I getting too picky in my old age-or just so many great barrel aged pastry stouts nowdays!

Aroma is Still huge amount of Vanilla, and USA Bourbon oak, semi-body, Taste is Vanilla, reglisse and sweet velvet…. Paired with my infamous but successfull maroccan handrolled cigar… coming out of my RIS 2016 cellared collection

Unglaublich intensiv vanillig und schokoladig. Kakao. Dazu kräftige Whiskey Noten, cremig. Schöne röstnoten mit Kaffee. Könnte etwas buttriger sein. Ansonsten ein einziger Traum.

White whale that lives up to the hype. Not sure how much better a BBA stout could be. Vanilla is prominent, coffee is subtle, & bourbon is present without overpowering. Lovely.

Soft velvety, the whisky is very forward it is almost like drinking a mild whisky, sweetish almost licoriceish. The age has definitly helped combining the overall taste. Very heavy body, mild carbonation with almost no foam.

Deep dark black with tan lacing. Strong bourbon nose, with vanilla riding out. Taste balances sweet bean vanilla against dark coffee, and chocolate finds a place. Vanilla takes center stage as it should. Bourbon warmth and booze finish. Mikkeller ftw.
