Met alcohol ben ik geen fan van de gose bieren, zonder alcohol des te meer. Werkt gewoon als een goede dorstlesser. Zo blij als een 🐸

Roasted ham (guaiacol), moving into citric acid tones. Strong raspberry in the flavor, salt is tantalising. Very tasty, but the ham is odd… byproduct of the wheat?

Aroma and initial flavour have a sweet, slightly artificial mix of lemon, apple along with a hint of coriander, salt and acidity. Mouthfeel is light and soft. Carbonation is medium. Finish is sour and slightly salty. Refreshing and reasonable.

Strange experience. Dry, sweet, tastes like pear. Not very carbonated or aromatic. More sour please.
