What a beer. Fantastically complex and fruity. Funky and not-so-fresh.

Kanon god frugtig øl. Flot farve. Dog lige et par procenter for høj i min smag. Lidt sprittet til sidst.

Bottle at home. Dark amber and foamy. Scent is lovely melon molasses. Taste is strong sour ale with pulp and bitter waxy skin notes. Finish is warming ethanol and bright floral citrus. Brilliant.

Dry acidic fruity beast from the wine barrels. I get more apple than orange.
