Backlog | 08/08/20 | Nose of caramelly fudge and the barrel. Don’t rem’ if I ever had the base, but the Rye Whiskey add something and maybe just that important little difference. On the edge of being too sweet. Sticky, rich, roasted. Good Pastry Dog 🐕

Underbar doft av fudge och kakao. Smak av choklad, kakao, fudge, lite kokos och vanilj. Riktigt runda och mjuka toner från fatlagringen. 😋

Lika bra som syskonet med bourbon. Väldigt tjärig, lite stickande smak av whisky och schysta vaniljtoner.

Aroma of cocoa with vanilla, some whiskey and caramel. Flavor is sweet, dark malts, vanilla, coffee, syrupy with the rye whiskey in the background.

Hier kan weinig beter. Fantastische uitvoering van de al zo mooie Fudgesicle. Rye whiskey is een waardevolle aanvulling hier. Basisbier blijft verbluffend goed overeind, heel goed gedaan.

Now I’ve cancelled my Mikkeller Monthly Beer subscription I’m gonna miss their great Imperial Stouts. This is a superb 11.9% BA Whiskey stout with bags of flavour. However it’s not worth the money overall. Plenty of great UK impys to enjoy instead.

Lijkt op de vorige zou je denken, echter 'n boozy effect bij binnenkomst, choco, vanille en karamelfudge zijn duidelijk herkenbaar, maar de combo met de rijst/whisky vaten creëert' n pittigere smaakbeleving, afdronk is om te huilen.....van plezier, cheers
