2019 is not that sour and fresh as 2021. More traditional Cherry tart taste in 2021 and more oak and less fruityness in The 2019.

Tart but incredible amount of cherry flavor and a long beautiful tart cherry finish. Great setting for a Kreik though.

Sour and oakey from the barrel ageing. If I'm honest I'd like there to be much more fruity cherry flavour. Still decent though.

So much sour and so much Oak but not much cherry. I don't so much like it as am morbidly fascinated by it.
