Vond hem tegenvallen. Niet echt bière brut (bier met champagnegist), maar meer bier met wijn of druivensap vermengd. En proeft de witte druiven overduidelijk, best lekker, maar ook iets te overheersend t.o.v. het bier. Meer van verwacht, maar niet slecht.

Fairly sweet, floral and lightly tart. Very interesting.

Super tart, yeasty, and acidic. Add the bit of skunkiness and it’s just a whole lotta stank. After some more sips the wine shows up and it’s a more tolerable. What a weird beer

this apparently tastes like champagne. I have only had champagne several 100 times (Cheshire) and I can say this beer does not taste like sadness and desperation to be Kirsty Allsop so woo!. It also tastes like salt. but it comes in a green bottle!!

Brewed with Champagne yeast. Super carbonated spritzy job. Superb dialogue between sourness and spicy, grainy and fruity yeast character.

Happy New Year! Definitely more white wine at this point than champagne but still really tasty stuff. Cheers all!
