Mild sourness with a bit of plum- does what it says on the box! Nice bit of aftertaste, but nice, hard to place!

Cloudy orange/pink pour with thin head. Aged for 2 years, probably made it less tart. Still sour but also some sweet plums

Хороший насыщенный кисляк. Нет жуткой интенсивности, не уксус во вкусе, но есть в запахе. Слива не отчетливая. Саур

Happy Freedom Day beer to me. Cellared for 2 years. Still got it’s funky lactic body, although maybe softer now and the plumbs shine through.

Much better than the first time I tried it. Note to self: Don't drink it as your 3:rd or 4:th beer.
