Really funky and pungent nose. Flavour is full on Brett and a hint of sharp dry white grape. The finish is really dry and crisp.

Plum is sweet in the initial flavour but the sour heads towards a vinegary flavour. It’s okay but not great.

Yay, Mikkeller, yay, spontan. Meh! Maybe I was expecting too much. It does have legs, it is almost sour and it does taste of plums.

This would knock the spikes off a hedgehog 🦔 very sour and tart with a slap 👋🏻 of plum. Lovely ☺️
