Golden Lambic Sour w/ Raspberries A bit intense for me but the flavour is good. Like sour wine, but in a mostly good way. Too sour & funky for my palate and stomach, won't be finishing the taster.

Such a classic. Nice and tart without being too acidic or overpowering. Itβs like drinking from an orchard. Sour apples, lemons, and white grapes.

Dark but dry; a great balance of sweet and earthy. Not syrupy but great for dark weather... aka Vancouver winter.

Not what I expected. Drier, maltier, yeastier. More like a bock than a Berliner, not much pineapple.
