Very sweet malty with lots of caramel and toffee malty sweetness, citrus peel and citrus and tropical fruity undertones, more big sweet sticky malty backbone, resinous hoppy bitter boozy finish.

Forget the 1000 IBU moniker; this DIPA is all that and a can of hopjuice. The best thing about 1000 is that it is not a one trick pony. This brew has an inpeccable rich chewy caramel malty backbone.

No en tykänny. Oli jäänyt jemmaan pyörimään, ikää tällä tölkillä lienee jotain 2-3 vuotta. Liekö vaikutusta? Pitkästä aikaa kaatui viemäriin. Kännit tällä olis kyllä vetänyt. Tölkin avaaminen pölläytti ilmoille kunnon viinatehtaan hajun.

RB backup. Aug 30 2014. 330ml bottle from Beermoth. Pours amber with big frothy white head. Massive citrus and pine aroma. Taste is jarring and hugely bitter of course, but perhaps more drinkable and sweeter than expected due to a big pine DIPA character.
