Oddly enough I am not fully sure what Japanese rice beer should be like but I like this one very much. Very dry and disciplined, the pretty but austere roundness comes from rice. A very very good lager!

Early dinner w/ leftover from homemade Sushi in a pokébowl: really delicious light beer ! Riceflakes, sour + barley malts gives it an astringent taste, clean finish but something else. Perhaps coconutty?! 🥥 Gampai!

Kanon till japansk. Smakar lite speciellt, tydligen jasmin. Funkar riktigt bra
