Last time I had this (~year ago), this was great. Now the taste is watery and messy. The sourness is faint and flavor of carrots is like mold. Color is very brown, looks like it's oxidized? Unlike other spontans, looks like this one hasn't aged well.

Quite nice, earthy and balanced, but couldn't really find the carrot.

Rumor has it this has fallen off.. still better than Zwanze 2020 🤷🏻♂️
