Moderately acidic, intense fruity aroma. Berries, red fruit. Caramel and dried fruit. Vinous. Lots of dried fruit after awhile. Sharp acidity. Sweet, slightly tannic, oak, moderately sour. Low on fresh fruit, rich with dried fruit. Very dry finish.

Funky nose, acidic, bit vinegar in taste, bit boozy, lil fruity mango 🥭. Hardcore.

Much more sour and tang, still real earthy and peppery. Solid foundation, but a hair sweeter with the sour making it just a wonderful Blend.

Some sour, some barrel, some overripe fruit, touch of passion less mango ends with a bite.
