Layer upon layer of Spontan. And blueberry. Much less tart and much more like fresh blueberries. And wild fermentation. Berry juice. Complex and amazing!

I usually don't go for this style, but this one was pretty aight. I could do without the touch of tartness, though

Not as tart as I would have preferred. Balanced though. There were blueberries, wood, sourness, tartness and bitterness.

Syrlig och söt. Mycket smak av blåbär med lite bitterhet i eftersmaken. Ganska tjock.

Pour l'expérience ! 2,5kg de fruit par litre. On est plus sur un vin de myrtille qu'un hybride. Intéressant mais un peu trop concentré. À boire seul, sans avoir testé autre chose avant.
