Magic Lambic (2022) Saarinen

Tartness, raspberries, vanilla, sourness, wood and bitterness. Tasty. The vanilla hides the tartness still too much.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) 2022 Saarinen

Fruitiness, tartness, sourness, stomach acids, herbalness, sweetness and bitterness. A tasty and balanced tart brew. I wouldn't have expected anything else.

George Bourbon BA Saarinen

Clear ruby red. Fruitiness, tartness, grapes and sourness in the nose. Fruitiness, malts, grapes, tartness, grapefruit and bitterness in the taste. A delicious blend of strong flavours.

Very strong taste of buckthorn. Pleasant sourness. Notes of fruitiness and wood as well.

Burnt malts, vanilla, wood, dark chocolate, ash and bitterness. Clean and balanced burnt brew with barrel notes that had softened enough.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2016) 11.9% Saarinen

Burnt malts, dark chocolate, wood and vineousness. All vanilla notes had disappeared from the nose. In the taste vanilla was present but remained pleasantly in the background.
