Syrlig och söt. Mycket smak av blåbär med lite bitterhet i eftersmaken. Ganska tjock.

Not as tart as I would have preferred. Balanced though. There were blueberries, wood, sourness, tartness and bitterness.

I usually don't go for this style, but this one was pretty aight. I could do without the touch of tartness, though

41/50. Oaky blueberry juice concentrate. Surprisingly dry.

Layer upon layer of Spontan. And blueberry. Much less tart and much more like fresh blueberries. And wild fermentation. Berry juice. Complex and amazing!

Underbart! Mustig med gammal körsbärskärna, gamla skal, rök och tobak och gammal grav. Svårslagen.

Deep burgundy, no head. Sour and tart, deep sweet blueberries, maybe closer to bilberries. Dry, smooth, very nice.
