Not a big fan of IPLs. The extra dry hopped does give a better take on the usual style though. Rather than just a crisp malty lager this is very hoppy too.

Very dry and hoppily astringent. Maybe a bit too so for me. Plenty of others will love it.

Extra Dry Hopped version - until I checked the can I was convinced I was drinking an old school American IPA. Piney, malty with bitter thick cut marmalade citrusiness. Another fairly pedestrian beer for Mikkeller.

#11- I would like to drink the rest of the series for comparison- but this was just dark and bitter! IPL’s are in the same style pool as Lagers for me - restricted in taste and no room for experimentation 😕 Hope I find one which breaks boundaries soon 🤞
