The culmination of a ten (10) different hop infused American-style I. P. A. Tasty after all the years of Dave-cellering. Once again, I would love to have tried this fresh when the hops were still hopping.

Hazy orange color with a medium white head. Aroma of flowers, citrus and light pine needles notes. Nice bitter hops flavor with lots of grapefruit, light resinous touches, some malt sweetness and an intense bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Quite good.

March 2, 2013 - Bottle from Barley Wine, Copenhagen - Naturally with the amount of hops here its no surprise strong hop character is most prominent, with lovely citrus aroma/taste, along with pine and fine caramel malt. Lovely.

Combines a bracing pacific northwest and continental hop blend with smooth German caramel malts for a beer that is both a showcase for smart use of hops and very drinkable for its 6.9%.
