Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, many say, and if you are a beer geek there is no better way to start the day than with a powerful, complex morning stout. This is the beer that started it all for Mikkeller. Oatmeal Stout brewed with coffee and seven different kind of malt (Pils, Oat, Smoked, Caramunich, Brown, Pale Chocolate, Chocolate), roasted barley, oat flakes, hops (Centennial, Cascade), American ale yeast and gourmet coffee. Aroma is a combination of malts, caramel, chocolate and coffee. The body is medium with light coffee and chocolate flavors with a creamy texture, average carbonation and a bitter edge on the finish. A beer that goes extremely well with breakfast.

Not bad really, but low rating for value of price and expectations. Does do much better than others in the same style for lower price and production value. Mikel let don’t be a sell out. Up your game. At the very least donate to Effectice Altruism.

But I excited from Customer Service in Mikkeller Beer bar in COP Airport. After beer drinking I forgot my packet with my staff and fly home to Zurich. I realised - send e-mail to beer bar and they found and send my lost packet to me in Switzeerland!!!
