Vorab. Dem Viking Shake wurde eine LKW-Ladung Vanille hinzugefügt, um einem Imperial Stout, eine ganz neue Dimension zu verleihen. Geröstete Malze, Schokolade, Kaffee und die 8 Monate im Bourbonfass geben dem Gaumen ein Feuerwerk an Geschmack. Leider Geil

Can, thick deep brown bubbly head, opaque black color, lots of dark chocolate, mellow vanila complementing, traces of coffee and halva, mellow lingering sweetness, light coffee bitterness. Very nicely balanced, highly enjoyable.

Dansk øl, brygger i Stavanger, importert fra Sverige. Kaffe, vanilje, kommmer litt lakris etterhvert. Ingen favoritt, men andre liker den 😉

Thick body, milk chocolate, vanilla, fudge. Alittle bit of bitterness at the aftertaste. But overall very balanced.

While waiting for my super delayed flight (whoops, right?). Very sweet on the nose, with subtle chocolate notes. Not too sweet in taste, though; coffee bitterness and dark chocolate with creamy vanilla sweetness in the end.
