Clean and sour, its surprising that the wheat doesn’t linger on your palette. I like it.

The blueberry one is much better. This is almost an unflavored Berliner.

Learned what a gooseberry is. Very tart. Fruity but tastes similar to lime. Easy to drink and light. Solid overall. Thanks Tony .

Oh yeah. Its got that olive brine taste that fits a sour fruit flavor. I've never had gooseberries afaik but this is tasty

The gooseberry and lacto go really well. Tons of flavor for 3.7% ABV.

Not sure what real gooseberries taste like, but only faint fruit flavor here over the sour profile.
