This is awesome and I’m totally new to this style! Saison/Sour and reminds me of Cider.

The description nails it. Spicy saison meets lactic sour with a mildly bitter finish. It’s really quite complex and beautiful.

Citroenzest, limoenzest, lichte funk in de neus. Matig zoet, matig bitter en licht/matig zuurtje, verfrissend, citrus, subtiel hout, licht droogmakend

Det fungerer ikke rigtigt. Ender med noget der hverken er sur øl eller Samson, sådan lidt en Samson med ambitioner om at være Bret
