A big beast of a beer, as indicated by that hefty tan head. It's super sweet but then the booze kicks in and there's a long bitter finish with espresso and pricey dark choco. #1001BeersToTryBeforeYouDie

2014 beast of a beer, ink, tobacco. Barrel. Just a big beast but much more integrated than when fresh.

Bietje té zoet, met een droge bitter die niet aansluit. Beuker

Rich body, slow warming sipper. Booziness only emerges at the end, sweet decadence in the nose and on palate. Vanilla, some dark chocolate. Remarkable for how unremarkable it tastes for an 18% beer, if that even makes sense...

So sweet and at 17.5% that's dangerous. Not sure of year, so maybe aged malty sweet

The ABV is in the fine print on this one. Strong kick to it. Fantastic coffee notes with bitter aftertaste

Vanilla, chocolate, bourbon and oak explosion. Amazing.

Strong, rich and thick delicacy: strong coffee and whiskey aromas, chocolate, vanilla and dried fruits notes, sweet taste that leads to dry, bitter and roasty finish and long and roasty aftertaste 🍻

Day 8 of Rick J. 's "Stoutmass" strong tastes of vanilla, molasses, cocoa and roasted coffee, typical of Imperial Stouts. The added sugar makes it a bit to sweet for me though.

Hot garbage. Hard pass. For science wasn’t enough

Incredibly sweet and overpoweringly bitter. Undrinkable.

Finally got to it in the top cellar. Sugars and champagne yeast and such. A measly 15%. Very lovely! Emboldens me.
