Good roastyness, full throttle on greenish bitter fruity coffee, a tad too smooth and sweet.

Seriously underappreciated. Smooth. Dark chocolate & coffee in perfect balance. Zero bitterness.

Smelled malty but I don’t get as much of that in the flavor. More bitter than I had expected from the nose.

Mikkeller Hop Topics this month is Beer and Chocolate Pairings. This was paired with Ritter Sport Praline chocolate. Maybe my favorite pairing of the night.
