It's a shame I didn't get more of these back when they were available. Interesting cognac and walnuts notes are starting to emerge.

O estilo cadastrado no Untappd está errado. O que pecou nessa garrafa foi a adstringencia e uma sensação de álcool um pouco elevada.

Emula bem a Orval, porém sem tantas camadas de complexidade, principalmente a estética ao. Um toque caramelado. Lupulagem condimentada, floral e resinosa bem presente. Finaliza seca, qse frisante. Mto boa!

Mais uma viagem da Mikkeller, uma puta breja que mistura vários estilos (belgian strong ale? Fruit beer?). Complexa, presença de fruta, não tem como classificar. Vale MUITO a experiência!

Вкус пустоват и не продолжает аромат. Финиш сухой. Напоминает шампанское.

Very Belgiany and a little sweet in the first sip. However, afterwards experience is completely else: somewhat heavy, very dry, astringent and mouthcoating, perhaps reminding tobacco.

Medium body, a lot of phenolics, some esters. Fairly concealed alcohol.

Dank but mellow. Not as sour as the nose tells you. Natural sweetness. I bet I lost a bit in yeast character due to the age of the bottle but still had a lot of character.

Quite the most fantastic brew. What can be better than barrel aged Orval? That’s right, nothing. Back when Mikkeller had the Midas touch.

V. 29/08/2026. no aroma, Brett dando k t, funky médio-alto, baunilha, fenólico, leve floral. No sabor, carbonatação altíssima, frisante, maltado médio, dulçor baixo, leve canela, leve frutado, lembrando uvas verdes (off ?!). R$ 21,59
