Momentos antes da tragédia que vitimou a minha bela taça da Mikkeller comprada no bar da própria em Copenhague, 2017 😭 A cerva também estava guardada desde 2017/2018. Não deu pra tomar muito antes do desastre, mas estava boa e o mais nítido era a acidez

Actually quite fruity for a strong ale. Or perhaps the sunshine and the last 24 hours or so have taken their toll? Liking this though!

Nem semmi keserűsség, a vadélesztő ízével, gyenge citrusos, savanykás beütéssel, jelzés értékűen kiegészülve egy kis karamellel.

Full-bodied Belgian Strong Dark Ale that pours a cloudy Amber colour. Aromas & flavours of Pepper, Strawberries, Grapefruit & Nuts. Malty sweet palate with a Hoppy finish & light Citrus bitterness.

Funky, leathery, woody. Fruity, hoppy, spicy, dry. White wine notes. Gracious belgian lace (despite the excessive carbonation). A bit more of sweetness and balance (less 🐴) would properly meet Orval.
