Dank but mellow. Not as sour as the nose tells you. Natural sweetness. I bet I lost a bit in yeast character due to the age of the bottle but still had a lot of character.

2015 bottle. Nicely fruity aroma. Nicely developed flavours, deep fruity orangey resonance with a light bitter prickle.

10/10 would not recommend. Helt okej om man gillar bittert men jag köper den nog inte igen 😅
