Post-garage work beers officially commence. Something about the intersection between the caramel malty notes and Belgian yeast character is presenting as cotton candy and root beer to me. Lots of candi sugar.

Super clean with notes of dark stone fruit and a nice spice, sweet caramel maltiness.

Nose is boozy and spicy. Taste is sweet yoghurt, dark caramel malts and hoppy bitterness. Finish is slightly dry and crisp on a full bodied and love-medium carbonated beer

Copenhagen Beer Celebration giveaway from 2017 - not very familiar with Belgian beers and there’s no way I’m drinking this whole bottle ❌

Malty brown on the nose, sweet liquorice, syrupy linger, big tasting

Smooth with really no dominant flavor. Wish my store had the raspberry version of this instead.

Classic example of the style, but could use a bit more pep.

This Belgian Strong has a lot of winter warmer in it. The Belgian yeasts are there giving a hint of cherries, but it's dominated by a roasty cocoa. Very smooth at 10%. Dark and sweet but not syrupy.

Boozy, rich, complex malt profile with prominent raisin and stone fruit character
