I normally wouldn’t aim so high, but it was recommended AND it tasted good. Very balanced, and I do not find it boozy at all.

Här hade jag hoppats på klart mer. Plommon sultanrussin och kanske även lite dadlar men det är blekt. Sött och tunnt. Jag vet inget om munkrecept men nog ska det vara en rejäl skopa rostad malt i botten. Det är det i alla fall inte här. Gott ändå.

2017. Malty, a lot of caramel, fig, and some dark bread. A bit of raw alcohol still. As it warms, less alcohol and more nuttiness and toffee develop. Great with Alpine cheese and Gouda, good with cheddar, less good with brie.
