В запахе и во вкусе вишня. Duh. При глотке сначала идёт небольшая кислинка, которая потом уступает терпкой и в тоже время пресной вишне.

Red wine and red berries in the nose. Sour and cherry on the palate like Rote Grütze only with cherries. Drying tart finish.

This Friday's funky sour comes from Denmark, and it's a doozy. Looks like a port wine. The aroma is vinegar strong, like a cherry balsamic. The mouthfeel is fizzy, and the cherry and sour flavors are intense. Exquisite sipper.
