i don't rate beers much anymore but I'll let this one stand. stinks of cherries, and sports tiny bubbles which roll off the side of your tongue. such a rich flavor it's like cherry nectar. so real you can taste the pits.

A nice one...The sweet tart flavor fades to light bitter, dry and salty.Super elegant 🔥

Really nice cherry, subtle spices, very deep flavors. No funk, wish for more carbonation, but might not be fair given its age

In the lambic category, I'm definitely in the 3f/boon/cantillion/tilquin group This one isn't very sour, more of a savory cherry though, and even being a 2020, has aged meh over the past few years Still good, but was hoping for some more funk
