Turned out to bd a very decent beer/wine hybrid, with clear presence of both in a good balance between the hops and the acidity

En smule for meget alkohol der brænder lidt, men derudover smager den rigtig lækkert. Egentlig lidt sød og minder om cava. (intet pantmærke, det sker ofte hos Mikkeller webshop)

I judged the book by its cover... I hated this beer from the onset, I thought it'd be crap because it had Swedish in its name, I thought it'd be sour and unpleasant, crappy. But actually it's a smooth drink, lovely slow, small bubbles, Crystal clear, mild

11.5% but tastes like a 5%. Light and delicate with delicious fruit and champagne notes running through it. Top notch 👌

Bedre enn den første utgaven. Enda tydeligere preg av drue, og en ordentlig champagnesmak. Lys og fruktig smak. Lett, lett søt. Ikke et hint av alkohol. Middels lengde.

Min øl nr. 2500 skal da fejres med champagne! Brygget med bl.a. champagnegær, mælkesyrebakterier, saft fra Riesling-druer og cassonade. Selvom det er en wash, valgte jeg ikke at hælde den ud 😉 Boblende, vinøs, frugtig, syrlig, sød og elegant druemost 🍇

Loads of white grape in this. Pretty dry. A bit like if champagne went on a PT boot camp.
