I expected better. It’s pretty classic imperial stout with chocolate on every front, that kind of off putting soy-sauce-esque finish always kinda ticks me off...

Okay had to share one last one - and what a drink this is. Syrupy cocoa magnificence. This is like hefty chocolate milkshake if it was blended with a strong stout. Mikkeller have outdone themselves here, maybe the best stout I’ve ever drank.

Rich, roasty, sweet & smooth. Big chocolate, vanilla as it warms, coffee & dark fruits from the malts. Always appreciate getting my hands on Scandinavian beers like this, as it's a long way from home.

Aged for about 4 years, deep, rich chocolate/coconut flavor. Great beer!

My label is different, but the taste is there. Hugely perfectly chocolatey stout that you gotta marry with chocolate chunks and biscuits. Great great Mikkeller, and for years aged in cellar. Perfection.

Poeh. Das complex. Zit veel in hoor. Donkere chocolade. Cacao. Licht koffie bittertje. Licht zoet. Klein beetje boozy. Prachtig in balans.

Liquified chocolate brownie, but not too sickly, sweetness nicely balanced, creamy, mint and some bitterness, creamy bitter aftertaste. Damn good.

Wow still very much top tier, chunky choco and the underlying dry bitterness makes it outstanding, balances the booze elegantly. Super smooth, and a far cry from the overly sweet imp stout I've had lately. A classic indeed!
