Day 15 of the Mikkeler Advent box… first one I’m actually tasting. It says witbier, but it has definitely more bitterness than expected for the style. It’s more of an IPA/wit crossover that works well with the salmon I’m eating.

Nose: Intense notes of coriander seed and yeast. Taste: Slightly sweet, grainy, yeasty, coriander seed, tart finish.
