On the 6th day of Christmas. This boozy dry lambic has plenty of fruit on the nose, and a tart that lingers for days.

• old bottle (BB: 22/11/27), but these often ages well (dates back to 2015 or before) • I assume the oak aging plays a bigger part now • more like apricot and oak in nose • less tart flavor, more round and sour plus slightly dry in the end • 👍🏽NiCOlai

Massive stinky cheese on the nose, devoid of fruit. On the palate it's still super funky and thicc, starting to get some passionfruit. Finish is medium-length, gets juicy at the end.

What a stinger. Smells like blue cheese but punches your throat with lovely passionfruit juice. Drake be proud.

2015? I’m down; just love the spontan base beer. The passion fruit is a very faint sweetness on the back end but a nice compliment to the tart base. Drinking great.
