Pretty ok for the sale rack. Intense, boozy and bitter.

No foam or gas. Lovely Belgian smell. Sour, astringent. A really difficult ale. Meant to resemble Orval. Not sure about that.

(2016) W zapachu w sumie po równi estry i bretty - brzoskwinie, porzeczki, żurawina oraz derka, skóra, siano i stare drewno. W smaku półwytrawne, jest troszkę słodyczy i kwasowości, lekko oleiste, trochę nafty, wysoka, pestkowo taniczna goryczka. 3.7

Duften har lidt noter af gær. Smagen har frugtige noter fra gæren og er ret tør. Egentlig ikke særlig sur. Ikke dårlig men den falder ikke i min smag.

Aromas of sour plum and a little Irn Bru, then sour and dry-bitter, woody-winey, slight sweetness in the body then even more drying and astringent. Interesting...

Nose of sour fruits and decent sweet. Taste starts bitter and dry. No sweetness at all, vineous, woody and astringend.

I'm a sucker for a beer on sale. This is very dry with a bitter finish. Not really my thing.
