Ramen To Bíiru Yuzu

Belgian Blonde

Ramen Beer, a light and refreshing Belgian table beer designed to pair well with the complex and nuanced flavours of Japanese food, gets a real kick up the pants with the addition of yuzu. This incredibly sharp Japanese citrus fruit transforms this beer into something else entirely.

When paired with Mikkeller made Ramen this seriously does match up well.

Having tea at this ramen Japanese style food bar. It’s all very mad jap and I’m very hungry. Enjoying this pale yuzu fruit pale beer. It’s slightly odd but so is the bar. Not in a bad way though!

Bit of an odd one, but I like it. Very citrusy belgium beer. Maybe should have been paired with ramen like it suggested, I have another bottle to try that next time.

Had to do a double take on this now that I'm actually in Copenhagen and could pair this with ramen at ramen to Biiru! The spicy ramen leaves the delicious citrus flavors from the yuzu and it really just works together!
