Moeilijk fijn gebroken wit schuim, verdwijnt, niet wandklevend. Roodbruin, troebel, pareling? Aroma, zurig, fruitig, Mondgevoel medium, zuur rond, prikkelend. Afdronk bevestigend, blijft lang hangen.

It’s been along time since I’ve had a Mikkeller beer and boy have I missed them. The nose on this so tart but has this floral earthiness about it, the flavour is just as tart but mellows out with this complex sweetness at the end. Flavour roller coaster!

Very very sour and tart. But also sweet, fresh and playful. I quite enjoyed it.
