Really nice citrus, lemon, and light grapefruit combination with some light yogurt funk and oak in the finish. I can't say I really notice any Calvados notes.

Had to grab another bottle. This one has a little more cork and apple. Excellent, but not quite as good as the 1st bottle.

Well 12th check in, finished off the case. Never developed a ton of funk but mild acidity and solid gueuze flavors

White wine aroma. Semi dry. Quite clean. Lightly fruity. Oaky. Tongue coating. Some tartness. Notes of char, cherry, wood, apple, and leather.
