Not my thing really. Som riesling action going on, but there is some unpleasant musty element in the background., which makes it quite dull. Past it's best days, maybe? It's not bubbly nor does it have mineral character. Oxidation?

I understand what they’re going for. It’s interesting I guess. It doesn’t taste like 11%; but the funk on it isn’t my style.

En meget speciel øl. Vin og øl møder hinanden. Sød og surt på samme tid og en del sprittet Den var sjov men ikke igen

2018. Sweet, apple smell. Tastes a bit like old champagne and apple juice. Probably kept it too long and not serving it cold enough. Either way, I couldn’t drink this.
