2016-10-18, 330ml bottle from L'Office des Grand Crus. Pour pitch black with a tall tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, bitter coffee and cognac. Strong alcohol feel follow by roasted malt and rich coffee, not as bitter as my nose suggest.

In between oxidation there’s still some heat character from the barrel and coffee powder. I won’t say it survived so many years but it’s not that bad.

Nummer 500 had to be an expectional beer!!! 🤩 Thanks for Dhovaco for taking me this far, and presenting me this awesome beer. Really nice beer, with a great coffee roast 😁

⏲️ 2 drink up - part 330. 1+ hour ago at 05-ish when watching olympics. Woke up at 04:20 😱. Old bottle (6+ years ?) from CPH (CBC / MBCC). Price of 100 DKK still on the cap, date gone. Not a fan of Cognac but this 🍺 is smooth and ☕️ is still present.
