Kaunis kuparinen sävy. Aromissa asetonia, sitrusta, suklaata, hikeä, etikkaista happamuutta ja aavistus nahkaa. Maku hapan ja sitruksinen, lopussa kuivaa pithisyyttä. Happamuus keskitasoa, jää hyvin tilaa mauille. Taustalla vienosti aprikoosia. (BBE 2027)

Nice fruity Lambiek with complex fruity notes. Lots of stonefruit with nice BA sweetness.

Tart and sour notes on the nose. The flavour is very sour, but only for a short moment. It ends on a harsh note.

Probably the less acidic/sour of the series to me atm, delicate ripe apricot, stone, wet woody/oakey side, good balance between sourness & sweetness, makes it pretty drinkable with a lovely smooth feel 🥰, almost 4y in cellar, bottled 10.08.17 😘
