Ändå rätt besviken. Trodde sååååå mycket om denna. Den är okej, till o med god men inte så som jag trodde. Smakar bra med päron men extremt låg syra. Lite bitter o lite annat.

Let one get bathed in sunlight on the window sill. Came out with Brett-esque funk and muted aroma.

Left in window sun for 2wks: less aroma, very slight sourness. Stored properly: noticeable pear aroma as brought to the nose, no sourness, add a quarter point to 3. (Window aged = 2.75).

Smaker som päronet som man hittar i väskan efter en hård helg, men inte helt på ett dåligt sätt. Inte ciderig, ölig, vilket jag gillar.

It's fine, very mild to the point of being boring. Definitely get some tart pear flavors, but none of the wild yeast flavors I'd hoped for

Think this didn’t store well. You can taste the pear, but it’s very funky and sediments floating all over..

Dropping score. I think this is reaching its end. Would have been nice if they corked it. Pear is still present but it’s lost something along the way.

Underestimated as far as I'm concerned. At first I didn't get the aroma, until I opened my mouth for a sip and the backsmelling started. Subtle funky wild yeast mixed so well with the pure and subdued pear flavours. Should drink again on a warm day!

Sidste sommer var vi med færgen til Askø/Lilleø der faldt jeg i snak med en af de lokale. Det viste sig at ham var frugtavler og leverede pærer til denne bryg. Derfor har jeg set endnu mere frem til endelig at smage på indholdet. Den er nem drikkelig.

Ratebeer 69/24. Есть такой островок у берегов Дании под названием Лиллео, обладающий уникальным микроклиматом. Местные колхозники еще с 30-ых годов прошлого века построили фермы и начали выращивать фрукты, дающие вкус, именуемый как "интенсивный"🤔

Smaker first price Eplejus med hint av pære, lite friskt og mye sødme. Blir hakket for tungt enn forventningene.
