Quite light for a double IPA, but enjoyable! A bit herbal, but smooth and dry.

A warming herbal brew to take the edge off a cool Taipei December evening. Hoping Satoki isn’t snowbound before reaching home. Love this combination of cardamom, hops and just enough sweetness to bring it altogether.

小麦の香りがグッとし、ウスターソースのようなスパイシーさと少しの苦みを感じる。 Double IPAなのでもう少し華やかさがあるかと思ったが、想像とは違った。

Så god ipa. Lidt tynd af en DIPA men en god balance mellem sødme og bitterhed :)

Kräftig malzig in der Nase. Weicher, vollmundiger Antrunk. Honig? Hopfen bringt harzig, holzige Noten rein. Hefe nach reifer Birne. Meine Meinung. Bittere im Nachtrunk langanhaltend und Struktur gebend. Runde Sache.
