Bourbon barrel aged cherry ale. It’s a new one for me, and I love it.

Great cherry flavors with nice light bourbon notes and nice barrel flavors.

Good cherry flavor, hides strength well, smooth; might be too fruity for more than one

Bottled 10apr2024. Very well balanced. Slightly tart cherry on top of the typical barrel aged notes of bourbon and vanilla. Smooth and easily drinkable.

A year in a barrel imparts a lot of vanilla and oak, tamping down the sourness of the cherries, which retain their sweetness

Really delicious. It’s sweet and definitely has a cherry flavor with some bourbon barrel notes like vanilla

Very well rounded beer. Bourbon nose a little cherry on the end

Pretty tasty. The immediate flavor is not much like cherry, but the cherry flavor comes through in the after taste. Very sweet and smooth.

Huge cherry flavor which is complimented really well with the oak and vanilla notes from the bourbon barrel aging, this is really delicious! ☀️ 🍒 🍻

Well-composed cherry beer with bourbon’s vanilla & oak tempering the fruit’s tartness & sweetness. Verges on rich, but remains a summery fruit beer, amped up a notch.

It’s mostly all about the balanced cherry that sweet, acidic and a little tart. The bourbon is there but very light. It has more oak and vanilla character than actual bourbon character. The oak sort of comes across like cherry pits. Hides ABV rather well

Mahogany. Woody bourbon scent. Medium to full body. Tasty blend of bourbon and cherry with a nice sweetness along with an oakey presence. Getting some cherry vanilla on the finish. Well done.

Very tasty - tart, not a sweet cherry like Sam Adams, but not sour like Mad Elf

Fruit wood is still my #1. This is a close second. Cherry Solstice has a bit more of the tart Cherry flavor. Fruit wood is sweeter from the Maple.

You can really taste the barrel aged against the sweet cherry ale

Another beer from Founders . Very tasty. Neither the cherries or the bourbon is overpowering. Just great. Reminds me of Frootwood a bit
