Maple syrup on toast in a glass. Peerty dern tasty.

This one is sweet and as advertised from start to finish. The nose is sweet maple. Maple, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla blend with a mild pastry flavor resulting in what tastes like a heavily frosted cinnamon roll. Definitely a sipping beer.

Pairing this strong beer with sips of Eagle Rare. Need to get up in the morning and dig out the car. Pic is from earlier tonight. Wife made White Russians using eggnog instead of cream!

Trodde den skulle vara något slags godis, men den är komplex och smakrik, vanilj och lönnsirap och inte alls så söt man skulle kunna tro. Kanel. Fan vilken öl. Först bits den lite, sen åker man på en smaskig näve.

Decadent. Maple and cinnamon nose and flavor, vanilla and scotch compliment each other nicely. Breakfast beer for sure.
