The weather finally got cold enough for this gem. It’s a great dessert brew. Sweet and delicious. It packs a punch at 11% so be careful. 😉

Thick, beige head and a dark-brown appearance, with some scattered lacing. Aroma of Log Cabin buttery syrup. Similar flavor, with some bitterness and more sweetness. A bit of oak barrel is detected. High-medium body. Semi-sweet finish. RJT

I hate scotch ale but the combination with the awesome French toast flavors balance it perfectly. Love the maple and really does taste like French toast. To the top with a bullet.

I debated going all the way to a 5. So insanely good. Thanks to some friendly gifters I've got a few more to continue the internal debate with. That brings me up to the here and now minus the Christmas share which I was happy to enjoy without rating.

Big pop of vanilla, cinnamon, and maple sweet notes in the nose. Rich decadent taste that could be a little better in the taste. Can’t taste the heat from the ABV.

One of the best beers I’ve had in a long time. You can taste the french toast flavors as well as some barrel aged goodness
