Thin, off-white head and a translucent, semi-transparent orange appearance, with minimal lacing. Aroma- rich caramel, dates, prunes, apricot, and white bread crust. Taste- is of those elements, with lots of sweetness and some bitterness. Heavy body.

Chocolate Cherry KBS Theriot, Jr.

Thick, beige head and a dark-brown (nearly black appearance), with some lacing. Aroma of dark bread crust and possible cherry. Flavor- black bread crust, possible cherry, chocolate, maybe coffee, and not much bitterness. The body is medium. Semi-dry. RJT

Thick, beige head and a dark-brown appearance, with some scattered lacing. Aroma of Log Cabin buttery syrup. Similar flavor, with some bitterness and more sweetness. A bit of oak barrel is detected. High-medium body. Semi-sweet finish. RJT

Thin, off-white head, semi-clear, orange-gold appearance, with powdery sediment, throughout. Aroma- subtle candy sugar and spice bread notes. Taste- very sweet, spiced and fruity flavors, with sugary white bread. Minimal bitterness. Medium body. Dry end.

Thick, fluffy, white head, heavy lacing, and a somewhat hazy, golden appearance, with suspended gray sediment particles. Aroma- spicy cereal grains. Taste- similar, with white bread crust and grassy hop bitterness. Medium body. Crisp finish. RJT

Thin, beige head, dark brown, with red-brown highlights, and a lacing sheen. Nose- dark brown bread crust and cream. Taste- similar with candied prunes, dates, and high bitterness. High-medium body. Semi-sweet finish. RJT

Medium, off-white head, clear, bubbly orange-gold, with heavy lacing. Nose- mild bread crust and hop oil. Taste- similar, with lots of bitterness and some sweetness. Heavy body. Oily mouthfeel. Drying finish. RJT

Panther Cub Theriot, Jr.

Thin, khaki head, very dark brown, and minimal lacing. Nose- mild, sweet, dark malts. Taste- quite sweet, dark-roasted malt, with char, cocoa, vanilla, and coffee. Some bitterness, but I did not notice bourbon. High-medium body. Moderately-dry finish. RJT

Initial thick, white head, which dissipates to no head nor lacing. Hazy, orange-gold appearance. faint, pale malt and a touch of citrus. Taste- tart & sour citrus, white bread crust, and low-level bitterness. High-medium body. Mostly dry finish. RJT

Medium, creamy white head, slightly-hazy, bubbly, gold-yellow appearance, with some splotchy sediment. Nose- pineapple acid & white bread. Taste- similar, with moderate bitterness. High-medium body. Mostly-dry finish. RJT

Very thick, soapy, khaki head, lacing, and copper-red appearance, with lots of suspended sediment. Nose- peaty smoke, sweet, brown bread crust. Similar flavor, with robust bitterness, but not so smoky. High-medium body, and a mostly-dry finish. RJT

Thin, beige head, very dark brown appearance, and minimal lacing. Nose- muted dark bread crust & spices. Flavor- a touch of sour milk, with subtle spices, mild bitterness, and sweetness. The body is medium, and one can detect powder. Semi-sweet finish.

Marvelroast Theriot, Jr.

Thin, white head, (cottony) sediment-filled, deep orange, lazy bubbles, some lacing. Nose- mild, light coffee, barley, vanilla. Taste- strong golden ale (white bread crust), vanilla, faint coffee, no bitterness. Medium body. Dryer- than-expected finish.

Medium, beige head, dark brown, opaque appearance, with a little bit of lacing. Nose- intense, rich chocolate, fudge, and maple. Taste- similarly intense, with a bit of char, the slightest hint of bourbon barrel, and sweetness. Heavy body. Med-dry finish.

Big Lushious Theriot, Jr.

Very thick, tan head, dark brown appearance, with lots of lacing and unusual cream-colored chunks, settling at the bottom. Nose- dark bread crust, with hints of citrus juice. Taste- raspberry takes the lead, with dark-roasted malt (burnt, really). Thick.

Dark brown, nearly black, w/thin beige head. Nose- mostly brown bread crust, but possible coffee & cocoa notes. Taste- fudge brownie, coffee, and bourbon barrel. High bitterness (from whatever source). High-med. body. Semi-sweet finish. RJT
