It’s warm … but it’s good …. I’ll have to try a cold one and see how that changes my opinion

Awesome rich malty aroma of bourbon, oak, spot on maple covered buttered French toast, cinnamon, vanilla ice cream, caramel, molasses, bbq chip seasoning. Creamy medium body. Bourbon barrel muted by strong adjuncts. Smooth & sweet. A fun & tasty variant!

Been looking for this for several weeks. Lucked out today! It’s definitely French toast. A bit sweet, but it’s damn good.

WOW!! I think this is my new favorite brew!! Scottish Ale w/a brilliant maple syrup finish. Does it get any better than that!! ABC playing in the background real nice.

Nose is boozy, smells like a mixed drink. Taste is boozy, but also legit tastes likes French toast smothered in real maple syrup. It’s like a of brunch of cinnamon French toast with a blend of syrup and bourbon poured over the top

This is my 2nd day trying this 4-pack with a couple bottles remaining. Overall, the maple and vanilla cone forward quite well with cinnamon thankfully secondary. Overall, a very solid offering by Founders Brewery.

Excellent liquid. Happy birthday to Pittsburgh legend and teen heartthrob Tom Atkins.

I can’t think of a better beer to usher in the cold weather in Houston. Warming, oakey, malty, and French toast to a tee. The flavors are wonderfully balanced, and so comforting in the 40 degree chill. 🥃🧇🥞

A masterclass on using cinnamon. Just enough. Decent chance I buy another 4 pack of these in a week 😛

Monday brunch with homegrown eggs and turkey sausage with Canaan whiskey barrel maple syrup, whole grain bread and turkey bacon. This beer pairs beautifully with the butter drenched French toast! I probably would not like this as much on its own.

Wow, was seriously impressed with how much the syrup and vanilla come through on this! Really well balanced with the sweetness. Plan on buying some backup right away!

Such a rich and beautiful ale! Heavy notes of maple vanilla and a light hint of cinnamon and bourbon. Literally french toast in a glass! Perfect!

Very good. At first the flavor of cinnamon appears a little strong but it does smooth out. The base of this beer Backwoods Bastard really helps the brew.

Wow, super sweet! Sometimes flavor variations aren't great, but this one is phenomenal. Perfect for the first flurries of the year
