This is straight French toast in a glass. The nose is on point, the taste is absurd. BUT, why vanilla and maple extracts? Why not aged on vanilla beans in maple bourbon barrels š§? Still very tasty.

Right off the batā¦ huge maple notes on the nose with some cinnamon notes. On the palate it tastes like French toast!

The cinnamon perfectly enhances the maple. Barely perceptible. This is a great beer.
